The Australian designer Alice McCall first began selling homemade silk garments whilst working as a stylist in London. Soon the word spread, and her designs were in such high demand that McCall decided to launch a full-fledged brand. In 2004, her eponymous label officially debuted at Australian Fashion Week. Since then, Alice McCall designs have remained wildly popular worldwide.
