Payment, returns and exchanges

Prices shown and final invoices will be in Euro (EUR) for all the shipping countries. The final amount on credit cards may vary based on the fluctuations of currency and of the bank commissions. EQUIPE kindly suggests customers to contact their bank and be advised about the value of the prices’ conversion and about the bank commissions related to the transaction.

Credit cards will be charged in Euro (EUR), and the final price will be calculated and charged by applying the exchange rate specific of the day of the transaction.

Payment methods

EQUIPE accepts the following payment methods:

BANK TRANSFER

By clicking on bank transfer as payment method, customer automatically receives the order confirmation. In the order confirmation, customers are able to find all the necessary information (bank details, etc.) to complete the payment to EQUIPE bank account.
Payment must be completed and confirmed within 48 working hours from the order placement. Customers are kindly asked to send proof of payment via email customerservice@equipeboutique.com. EQUIPE reserves the right to cancel orders whose proof of payment was not sent after the allowed 48 hours.
Order will be processed the same day the payment is received on the bank account of EQUIPE.

PAYPAL

By clicking on Paypal as payment method, the customer could pay using his/her personal Paypal account. EQUIPE reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD

By clicking on GestPay as payment method, the customer could pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express).

Information provided related to credit card will be sent to Banca Sella (Help-desk e.commerce phone: 015 2434640) through a secure server using a SSL3 128 bit protocol , the security standard to send sensitive data beyond the internet.

SSL protocol is delivered, certified and guaranteed by Verisign.

System acts simultaneously on two control levels:

- SSL3 128bit: it protects your personal data during transfer from your browser to the Banca Sella server, making them unreadable for thirds;

- Verisign:  it certifies through a Secure Server ID that it is really communicating with Banca Sella Server only..

Therefore, data related to credit cards are processed by Banca Sella exclusively for checks needed to authorize a payment. The owner hasn’t access to data related to credit cards but it will manage only customer data essential to ship a product to your domicile (first name, last name, address…).



NEW CUSTOMERS

Equipeboutique.it would like to inform new customers that www.equipeboutique.it reserves the right to request a check on the transaction to the bank. Such check might cause delays in the order processing.
Also, EQUIPE may require that the merchandise will be shipped to the billing address of the order, when different from the shipping address.

Exchanges, returns and refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded with EQUIPE, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on this Website. To cancel the agreement, you must send an e-mail to customerservice@equipeboutique.com to request a return authorisation number. The written request must contain the order number, the code of the item being returned and the reason for the return: refund, change of size/colour. Once the written request has been received, customerservice@equipeboutique.com will send you a written confirmation with a return authorisation number. You must write this return authorisation number on the return form attached to each item and on the outside of the box.

The right of withdrawal being properly exercised shall depend on the following conditions also being met:

a. The Return Form and security seal must still be intact and attached to the returned items. They must not be removed or cut in any way.

b. The items articles must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any sign of use. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

c. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment bag, etc.) that were received with your order; the returned products must be delivered to the forwarding agent within fourteen (14) days starting from when you notify EQUIPE of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

The shipping costs for the return of faulty items or for items different from the goods ordered, will be borne by EQUIPE.

All the other return shipping costs will be paid by the customers.

Any customs charges shall also be paid by the customer.
